Typically we would do a weekly house check in the spring/summer/fall and twice weekly during the winter months. This includes opening all faucets, flushing all toilets, check heat, oil, pilot lights, smoke and CO detectors and minor maintenance/repair.
Additional storm checks Trash and recycling services Spring and Fall cleanup weekly garden maintence are all included in our caretaking service. |
From regular weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings, to deep cleanings, move in/move out cleanings, rental cleanings and window cleaning.
